The Texarkana Board of Realtors will be holding a CRS Data MLS Tax Suite Training on April 23, 2024 from 10:30am till 2pm at Holiday Inn Express on Cowhorn Creek. Lunch will be provided by McAlister's Deli. You will be learning how to access CRS Data’s MLS Tax Suite from Paragon, along with how to navigate within the product. We will take you through the MLS Tax Suite and cover Simple Searching skills and sharpen your skills with Advanced Map searching. Then it’s on to the key features of the Property Report, while pointing out the many layers of information contained and linked to the report and then on to Maps and layers and how to leverage this data. Then you will learn about Creating a CMA Your Way. We will walk through the options to create a Custom CMA and produce a Client Report, as well as take a dive into the Quick CMA tool.
